1. Grate the peeled pears. Large chopped walnuts. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Lubricate the bread pan with oil and set aside. 2. Mix the flour, sugar, soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg together in a small bowl. In a large bowl, beat the eggs, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, lemon zest, lemon juice and grated pears. 3. Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture and mix. 4. Add walnuts and cranberries, gently mix. 5. Put the dough into a prepared bread mold and bake in the oven from 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour and 20 minutes until the toothpick inserted in the center will not come out clean. 6. Let the cooked bread cool in the form on the stand for 5-10 minutes, then remove from the mold and allow to cool completely before cutting.
