- Egg - 1 piece
- Sugar - 1 glass
- Soda - 1 teaspoon
- Vinegar - 1/3 Teaspoons
- Vegetable oil without a smell - 2 items. spoons
- Jam - 2 items. spoons (any)
- Strong tea - 1 glass
- Filler - - To taste (raisins, dried apricots, prunes, etc ..)
- Flour - 2.5 Cups
In a deep bowl, mix the egg with sugar, then add soda, extinguished with vinegar, two tablespoons. spoons of jam (any) and vegetable oil without a smell. Also add filler (which is) - nuts, dried apricots, raisins prunes, the more, the better. All good stir. Gradually pour in two and a half glasses of flour. Stir to not have lumps. Brew a glass of strong tea (green or black), cool and pour into the dough. Stir the contents well. Then bake the baking sheet with oil or sprinkle with a mango.
