We prepare the quesadilla with chicken Quesadia, quesadilla (from the quesadilla, that is, the cheese tortilla) - now a popular worldwide dish of Mexican cuisine. The name in Russian can sound both in the first and in the second variant, depending on which language the recipe was translated from - Spanish or Spanish in Mexico. Initially, queadia was a very simple dish, consisting of two cakes, sandwiched with cheese and roasted on charcoal or frying pan. Over time, a variety of additional fillings from poultry and meat, vegetables and mushrooms began to be added to the quesad. The classical version of the quesid does not exist, except for cheese, otherwise everything depends on the imagination of the cook. As an option, do kesadiyu not from two cakes, but from one, folded with the filling in half. The filling can be fiery hot in the spirit of Mexican preferences or without superfluous sharpness. To the quesadilla, cut into quarters, salsa or sour cream sauce is usually served.
Ingredients:- Condiment Mexican 3 g
- Parsley fresh 10 g
- Cheese hard 400 g
- Chicken breast 1 pc.
- Tomatoes 2 pcs.
- Pepper sweet 1 pc.
- Onions 1 pc.
- Garlic 3 denticles
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 100 ml
- Salt 0.5 tsp.
- Tortilla 6 pcs.
- Step 1 To prepare the quesadia we will need the following ingredients: tortilla tortilla, chicken, tomato, sweet pepper, onion, garlic, cheese, sunflower oil, a mixture of Mexican condiments (cumin, paprika, dried onions and garlic, oregano, cayenne pepper, chili , black pepper), salt, herbs.
- Step 2 Cut the onions into small cubes.
- Step 3 Fry the onions with the addition of sunflower oil.
- Step 4 Cut the chicken breast on the fillet, cut into small strips.
- Step 5 Add the chicken to the fried onions, season with Mexican seasoning and salt, fry. Do not overdo it with spices, if you do not want to be too sharp.
- Step 6 Cut the sweet peppers into small squares.
- Step 7 Add the pepper and chopped garlic to chicken, continue to fry together.
- Step 8 Cut the tomatoes criss-cross, scald with boiling water and peel, then cut into small pieces.
- Step 9 Add the tomatoes and finely chopped parsley and dill greens, stew together with chicken and other vegetables until soft.
- Step 10 We rub the cheese on a large grater.
- Step 11 Take the tortilla, sprinkle it with cheese.
- Step 12 Put the stuffing from the chicken on the cheese.
- Step 13 Sprinkle the top again with cheese and cover the second tortilla, lightly press both cakes.
- Step 14 Fry the chestnut on sunflower oil (or olive) until light browning on both sides.
- Step 15 Lay the cake on a large dish, cut into 4 pieces, served with salsa.
