Pies with pears

Mix flour with powdered sugar and salt. Add to the flour butter, sliced Ingredients: Instructions

Mix flour with powdered sugar and salt. Add the butter to the flour, cut into small cubes. We grind the dough to the consistency of the crumb (as in the photo). Eggs whisk, add to them the juice of half a lime (or lemon) and ice water. Stirring. Pour the liquid into the dough, mix it. The dough should turn into a tiny lump. We place the dough on the flour-poured surface, and knead the ball from it. We wrap the ball in a food film and put in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. And while the dough is "suitable", we make a pear filling. Pears are cleaned, remove the cores, cut into small cubes. Add half of sugar, a little lemon juice and a peel of half a lemon. Stirring. In a frying pan, melt the butter, put pears and a cinnamon stick there. We languish in a slow fire for about 5-10 minutes. We remove the dough from the refrigerator and roll it into a thin layer, from which we cut the circles. The form for baking is greased with butter, put on the bottom of the dough circle, as shown in the photo. We spread on pears the pear filling. Another round of dough cover the filling, so forming a patty. The edges are well stapled. We put in the oven, heated to 200 degrees, and bake about 20 minutes until ready. Done!
