Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees C). Put the garlic in a small square of aluminum foil. Sprinkle garlic 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil. Wrap the foil around the garlic. Bake garlic in preheated oven until soft for about 20 minutes. Mash with a fork. Put the pears in a bowl with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, pepper. Lay the slices of pears on a baking sheet. Bake in a hot oven until soft, 10 - 15 minutes. Raise the oven temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees C). Preheat the baking tray in the oven. Lightly sprinkle a flat surface with flour. Roll out the prepared cake. Sprinkle the pan with corn flour. Put the dough on a prepared baking sheet. Spread garlic paste on the dough; sprinkle with Swiss cheese. Put the pears, spicy smoked ham and mozzarella cheese on the pizza. Season with salt and pepper. Lubricate the edges of the 1/2 tablespoon corn spoon of olive oil. Bake in a preheated oven until the cheese melts and the cake turns golden brown, 15-20 minutes.
