Beetroot salad with cucumber

A small beetroot to wash, peel and grate. On a large grater nater Ingredients:

• beet - 1 piece
• pickled cucumber - 1 piece
• garlic - 3 teeth
• mayonnaise - 4 st. spoons
• salt - 1 pinch

Instructions

A small beetroot to wash, peel and grate. On a large grater, grate the pickled cucumber and mix with the grated beets. Finely chop the garlic, put in grated vegetables. Mix the salad with mayonnaise and salt.
