Foot baths for feet

The beauty of women's legs is not only their external data, but also the appropriate care for them, which ensures cleanliness, accuracy and most importantly, health! Not all women give due and timely attention to this, and this leads from simple (unpleasant smell) trifles to serious health problems (varicose veins, endarteritis). Diseases of the legs (depending on the form) can also have an indirect negative effect on other human organs.

There are many different techniques and tools for the care of the feet, but it is the feet that account for the bulk of the load in the process of the day, which means that it is paramount to pay special attention in terms of care, prevention is necessary exactly to the feet. So, if different methods have practically no contraindications, then the means applied to these methods are not always guaranteed to be safe. The question arises, and what can I do? In fact, everything is simple, you need to use tools from natural components in combination with certain methods. To such methods it is possible to carry medical baths for feet. First of all, it is absolutely harmless (of course, if you do not pour boiling water on your feet). Baths for the feet are used for a variety of purposes: antiseptic (antibacterial), tonic, therapeutic, etc. As a means for foot baths, natural ingredients such as salt, food or marine (marine is preferable in composition), food soda, mustard, chamomile as soap, cream are used. The choice of the remedy depends on what you want to achieve, or it's just a preventive measure or it's a foot bath.

Salt is used in foot baths in combination with baking soda, for those whose skin reacts negatively to salt solution (and this happens), salt is replaced with a liquid soap or soap solution from a simple bath soap. To prepare a bath for 1 liter of warm water, add 1 tablespoon of salt (a cap of liquid soap) and 2 teaspoons of baking soda, stir thoroughly until completely dissolved. Such baths are an excellent prevention of fungal diseases and have antiseptic properties, which prevents the formation of an unpleasant odor. The procedure is not a "one-time" phenomenon, it is performed within 15 minutes for 5-7 procedures per day for a month. For prevention, one procedure per day is sufficient. In other cases, the number of days for taking baths should be controlled by you based on the result of the application.

Mustard is used in foot baths for colds. There is such a saying, "all the diseases from the feet." And indeed it is. Mustard enhances the warming effect of the hot foot bath, which gives the flow of blood and improves its circulation in the vessels and capillaries of the foot. To make a bath, pour hot water into it (the temperature of the water should be such that there is no fear of burning the foot) to the level that covers the foot joint, and add 1/3 teaspoon of dry mustard. The time of this procedure is determined by the temperature of the water, as soon as it falls to room temperature, the procedure should be completed. "Mustard" foot bath is not a regular procedure and is done no more often than 1 time per day in the period of colds.

"Flower" bath from the infusion of chamomile, calendula is used for minor damage to the skin of the legs. Such baths have both a disinfecting and healing effect. Pour 1 liter of boiling water 1 tablespoon of chamomile and marigold, let it brew for 30 minutes, then dilute in a bathroom with a total amount of warm water. The procedure lasts 10-15 minutes. The procedure is not regular and is conducted no more often than 1 time per day.

Remember the main thing is to be healthy, take care of your feet, take care of them, keep them warm and dry, and the above mentioned will help you in this!
