Products:
- 20 walnuts
- 100 g dried apricots
- 100 g prunes
- 100 grams of dried apples
- 100 g of seedless raisins
- 1 lemon
Preparation:
Dried fruits should be soaked overnight in cold water. Nuts must be cleaned of shells and pound them in a mortar. In the morning, it's good to squeeze dried fruits and toss them into a colander. Then dry the dried fruits through a meat grinder with peeled lemon. Fruit dough should be very tight.
With a moistened hand, roll balls from the dough about the size of a "truffle" and roll them in crushed nuts. Ready-made sweets can be transferred to a vase.
