Mix hot milk and melted butter. We sift the flour into the mixture and mix it vigorously - there should not be lumps in the dough. The dough should be very elastic and smooth. In the resulting dough, add the yeast, stir. Cover the cooked dish with a towel and leave it for an hour in a warm place. Meanwhile, the eggs must be beaten with sugar until a thick white mass is formed. In the standing about an hour of spit we add whipped eggs and dried fruits. We carefully mix with a spatula. Add some more flour and knead a homogeneous dough of thick consistency. We take the form for baking, grease with butter. We put our dough into it. Bake 50-60 minutes at 180 degrees. We take the cookie out of the oven and let it stand. We pour cake with a mixture of lemon juice and sugar powder. If desired, you can sprinkle with coconut shavings. We let the glaze froze - and the cake is ready for use.
