Ingredients:

• Chicken fillet 600g
• Mushrooms champignons 400 g
• Carrot 1 pc.
• Onions 1 pc.
• Tomato paste 4 tbsp. l.
• Vermicelli small 4 tbsp. l.
• Pepper black ground 2 pinch
• Salt 2 pinch
• Water 2.5 l

Instructions

• Step 1 To make soup you will need chicken fillet, champignons, tomato paste, onion, carrots, thin vermicelli and spices.
• Step 2 Chicken fillet is well washed, pour cold water, bring to a boil and cook for 30-40 minutes over low heat.
• Step 3 Champignons cut into plates, chop the onions, cut the carrots into circles, and then into 2-4 parts.
• Step 4 Remove the fillets and cut into large pieces.
• Step 5 In the broth add the vegetables and cook everything over low heat until the onion is soft for 20-25 minutes.
• Step 6 Then add the chicken fillet and tomato paste, cook for 5 minutes.
• Step 7 Add the vermicelli and stirring to cook the soup for 1 minute. Add salt and pepper to taste. Let the soup brew for 10 minutes.
