Root ginger and garlic finely rubbed (garlic can be squeezed through the crush). Greens (coriander and parsley) finely chopped. In the baking dish, mix all the ingredients for the marinade - garlic, ginger, greens, mustard, salt and pepper. Fill all this matter with kefir, mix it well. We put the ribs in the resulting marinade and leave there for 3-4 hours. When the ribs are marinated, they will need to be removed from the marinade and put in a lightly oiled baking dish. From above we cover ribs with foil - so as not to burn. Bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees, then remove the foil, and bake the roast for another 20-25 minutes. When the ribs are baked without foil, from time to time they can be watered out in a form of juice - it will be tastier. Ready-baked ribs look like this.
