The recipe for cooking beef in the microwave is quite simple, no special problems :) It turns out an excellent dish, something reminiscent of goulash. And in a record short time. And for me this is the most important thing - time is always short. Probably not only for me, so I'll tell you how to cook beef in a microwave oven. I think this will be useful for many. So, prepare the beef in the microwave: 1. Cut the meat into small cubes (preferably approximately the same), sprinkle with salt and pepper and add to the microwave. 2. Clean the peppers, onions and carrots. Onions cut into half rings, carrots circles, pepper diced. We send vegetables to meat. 3. Add the tomato paste, bay leaf, butter and pour cold water. 4. Close the lid and cook at full power for 15 minutes and then at 30% power for another 10 minutes. That's all - we get an excellent sauce with meat in just 25 minutes.
