What will be the winter 2015-2016? According to leading meteorologists of the country, the winter for the next 2016 is expected to be the coldest in the last decade. You can not even count on the anomalous warming that the weather has been used to pamper us lately. In Moscow and throughout Russia there will come a truly severe winter.
According to the forecasts of the Hydrometeorological Center, the lowest temperature is expected in January-February, after which the warming will very slowly come. Spring plans to be rather late. Such weather can negatively affect the harvest of winter crops. In Ukraine, last year was pretty warm, which played into the hands of agriculture, but this time the situation will change dramatically.
Climate change will be felt even by residents of Moscow and the cultural capital of the country - Peter, as in 2015-2016 the cold will hit all cities. There are strong snow drifts, hurricane gusts, ice, so today we should take care of the insulation of apartments and their own safety.

Japanese scientists conducted a study that showed that in 2015 the temperature at the North Pole will become critical, as a result of which we can expect a new stream of natural disasters. Some of them already cause scientists around the world to sound the alarm - the increase in snow cover in Siberia, the abnormal weather in Ukraine, the suspiciously cold atmosphere in the Crimea and on the coast of Sochi, hurricanes in the USA, etc.
What will the winter be in 2015-2016, and how much will the thermometers drop? Not so long ago, the US president announced plans to reduce emissions of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere by plants and industries, as they create a greenhouse effect and provoke global climate change. Some European countries have long begun to implement similar projects, but to achieve a positive result, the concerted work of all major states is necessary.
