- carrots - 1 Kilogram
- olive oil - 2 items. spoons
- fresh parsley (bunch) - 1 piece
- Feta cheese - 1/4 cup

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Clean and wash the carrots. cut into pieces 5 cm in length. Put carrots on a baking tray and sprinkle with olive oil. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper. Put in the oven for 45 minutes, turn once. Chop the parsley. Let the carrots cool down. Then mix with cheese and parsley. Serve warm.
