In our country, something is always lacking. Earlier, bread, electricity, then sausages were missing, and now there is a deficit of kindergartens. The smartest bosses from the districts sold most of the kindergartens to banks, casinos or offices. For today there are huge queues behind a place in a kindergarten. The child was not born yet, but he was already recorded in the queue. An acute shortage of something generates nervousness in society. And nervousness, as you know, can lead to more sad consequences.
Trying to solve the problem with kindergartens, the Ministry of Education allowed various types of preschool institutions: pre-school educational institution, non-state educational institution, short-stay groups, childcare groups.
Private kindergartens have become full participants in the pre-school community. Each private garden immediately opens its website on the Internet, where it paints and delicately paints the wonderful life of its pupils. The naive parent reveres about the sweet life in such a garden and decides to give his child there. But later, unpleasant facts hidden by the leadership can surface.
Conditionally, all private kindergartens can be divided into three types.
The first kind is the most successful. A person with a pedagogical education becomes a businessman (business woman) and in a private way opens a kindergarten on the basis of a former state kindergarten. In principle, this is the state kindergarten, in the same building, with the same staff of employees, only with a changed status and parents pay money for the maintenance of the child not to the municipality, but to the founder director. The payment is much more than in a simple garden, but the quality of the children's maintenance is better here. A big plus of this kind of kindergarten is that the room is already equipped for keeping children in accordance with sanitary norms, by footage, by lighting, by equipment of groups, by the arrangement of a closed area around the garden, etc. Since this is a large kindergarten, it means that the SES also controls it. On a mandatory basis, all employees have health records, every six months a medical examination is conducted. In such a garden, a nurse and a doctor are constantly present. Pass routine examinations of children by different specialists, the schedule of vaccination is carried out. The educational process is established, classes are held regularly.
The pedagogical staff all have pedagogues and work within the framework of GEF.
The second kind of private kindergarten is acceptable, but not desirable. When someone decides to do business, buys or rents a small room, makes repairs there, imports some equipment and hires people who do not have pedagogy more often. Usually you get a small kindergarten with 1-2 groups of 5-8 people each. Groups are most often mixed by age. The process of cooking can be done by a person without proper qualifications. The educational process is practically absent or is not on the proper level. Frequent violations of the regime moments: not on time sat down to have breakfast, did not go to bed at the right time or went for a walk. There is practically no account for the work of teachers from the district. Everyone is left to himself. The payment for such a kindergarten is lower than for a non-state educational institution. But there is less demand. Whether there are sanitary records from the workers of this institution is also a question. How is regular cleaning of premises, how to clean dishes?
The third kind of private kindergarten in general for desperate parents who are ready to attach their child somewhere, just to take it. This is a group of children staying in a private apartment. A good kind aunt takes to her 5-7 children and looks after them all day. Payment in this case is the most democratic. Most often, such groups work illegally, without the control of everyone and everything. Giving the child "anywhere" parents are very at risk. One woman looks after the children, she also prepares, she also washes the dishes. In what conditions does this pass, no one knows. You can forget about the educational process. Children all day busy playing, sometimes they can walk, sometimes they read a book. There is no question of preparing for the school. If there is any conflict or trauma in the child, there will be no one to ask.
Parents need to be very serious about the choice of preschool. If in the morning the child runs to the kindergarten, and in the evening does not want to go home, then the choice is made correctly.
