Chicken broth with dumplings

1. In a medium bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt. 2. Add pieces of butter Ingredients: Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt. 2. Add pieces of butter and grind with a knife for dough. 3. Stir with milk using a fork. You may need a little less glass of milk, so add it gradually. 4. Spread abundantly with flour the working surface. Thinly roll out the dough with a rolling pin. 5. Using a dough cutter, cut the dough into long strips and then cut the strips into squares measuring about 5X5 cm. When cutting, sprinkle the cutter with flour so that it does not stick to the dough. Dumplings turn out especially beautiful if you take a cutter with a knurled blade. 6. Using a spatula, move the dumplings onto a densely sprinkled plate. Pour the layers of dumpling over with flour. In a large saucepan bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add the dumplings one at a time and gently mix. Extra flour on dumplings will help thicken the broth. 7. Cook for about 15-20 minutes. Add the boiled chicken in a saucepan and serve.
