Pumpkin is peeled from seeds and peel. Pumpkin pulp is sliced and boiled in water until soft (check with a knife, like a potato). Mild pumpkin with a blender to grind to a consistency of mashed potatoes. Add the rest of the ingredients to the pumpkin puree - flour, egg, baking powder, salt and sugar. We mix a fairly thick homogeneous dough from all this. In a frying pan, we warm up the vegetable oil. Fry it in our pancakes from two sides. Pancakes are very beautiful, bright orange (thanks to the pumpkin). Serve better hot. Bon Appetit!
