Rice noodles with pork minced Rice noodles with roasted pork minced meat and sesame - a nutritious and satisfying full-fledged lunch dish! Ingredients are well combined, slightly sensed garlic notes. This dish should be served hot, preferably immediately after cooking, in addition you can add a piece of butter in each serving, but without it you get very tasty! I recommend that you try this not a troublesome, but quite interesting dish!
Ingredients:- Rice noodles 175 g
- Pork forcemeat 300 g
- Sesame White 4 tbsp. l.
- Onion 0.5 pcs.
- Garlic 1 clove
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 4 tbsp. l.
- Salt 1 tsp.
- Pepper black ground 3 pinch
- Step 1 To prepare this dish, we will need the following products: rice noodles (fuchsa), pork forcemeat, sesame, onion, garlic, salt, black ground pepper, sunflower refined oil.
- Step 2 On a large dry frying pan fry the sesame change. This procedure should be performed on low heat, constantly stirring sesame with a wooden spatula or spoon.
- Step 3 As soon as the sesame gets golden color - pour it into a dry container.
- Step 4 Now fry in a small amount of sunflower oil refined pork minced meat and chopped onions.
- Step 5 When the minced pork is ready, add the chopped garlic, salt and black ground pepper to the pan. Stir and fry another minute on a slow fire.
- Step 6 While the pork forcemeat is fried - pour boiling water on rice noodles. First, pour it for 3 minutes with cold water, drain and pour boiling water for another 5 minutes. Again merge the water.
- Step 7 Add the sesame to the fried pork forcemeat.
- Step 8 Immediately add the rice noodles.
- Step 9 Mix the contents of the frying pan so that the products are evenly distributed among themselves. Warm it all together for another minute and remove the frying pan from the fire. We serve rice noodles with pork forcemeat and sesame in a hot form for lunch.
