Soup with Tofu The whole eastern world, as well as vegetarians and those who keep fasting, have long discovered a product called "tofu". It is called cheese, but by its nature it is a product from soybeans. Rich in protein, it has a neutral taste, which makes it widely used in cooking. Tofu is served as a dessert, boiled, baked, added to sauces, steamed and fried. In fact, tofu replaces meat, and its "tender" structure requires special care during cooking. Some manufacturers sell this cheese with various additives: spices or nuts. But smoked tofu is very popular in the west.
Ingredients:- Rice noodles 150 g
- Tofu 300 g
- Broth of vegetable 400 ml
- Paprika sweet ground 3 tsp.
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 20 ml
- Soy sauce 5 tbsp. l.
- Garlic 1 clove
- Pepper red ground 0.25 tsp.
- Step 1 For this soup, take: tofu cheese, rice noodles, garlic cloves, soy sauce, vegetable broth, spices (ground sweet paprika, red pepper), vegetable oil without a smell.
- Step 2 In a bowl, mix the soy sauce with the red ground pepper, squeeze out a clove of garlic and mix.
- Step 3 Put Tofu in a soy marinade and leave for 3 minutes.
- Step 4 Then each piece of tofu roll in sweet ground paprika.
- Step 5 Heat the frying pan well, add a little vegetable oil and fry the tofu on both sides until golden brown. The whole process takes about 8 minutes.
- Step 6 Turn the pieces carefully so that they do not fall apart. Do it conveniently with cooking tongs.
- Step 7 Rice noodles soak for 5 minutes in cold water. Then rinse.
- Step 8 Put the noodles into batch, deep containers. Vegetable broth to bring to a boil and a little salt.
- Step 9 Top with fried tofu and pour vegetable broth. Serve immediately.
