Ingredients. Squeeze juice from citrus. In a cup or bowl, mix all the ingredients for the marinade - juices, olive oil, vinegar, sugar and parsley. The beets are cleaned from the hard peel and rubbed heavily. Grated beets are mixed with marinade, mix well and put in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours minimum. After the specified time, we again mix the salad, merge the extra marinade (and there will be a lot of it), and the beets are served to the table. Pleasant! :)
