He will like those who do not like herring and eggs or are vegetarian. But if you do not relate to both of them - do not rush to close this recipe because sea kale in combination with vegetables and Adyghe cheese will give a benefit and rich sea taste. Another feature of the salad is that the vegetables are added to the salad before the spices are added: salt, black pepper and butter. This makes the taste of vegetables more intense and bright.
Ingredients:- Black pepper powder 5 g
- Apple vinegar 7 ml
- Sour Cream 400g
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 50 ml
- Black Himalayan salt 7 g
- Salt 10 g
- Potatoes 5 pcs.
- Cheese of Adyghe 200 g
- Sea kale 400 g
- Salt 10 g
- Black pepper powder 5 g
- Apple vinegar 10 ml
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 20 ml
- Beets 2 pcs.
- Carrot 3 pcs.
- Step 1 You need beets, potatoes, carrots, Adyghe cheese or paneer, sea kale, salt, apple cider vinegar, sunflower oil, black pepper and mayonnaise or ingredients for its preparation: sour cream, black and common salt, vinegar, sunflower oil and ground black pepper.
- Step 2 Boil the vegetables until ready and allow to cool.
- Step 3 Wash the sea cabbage under cold water, finely chopped (but not crushed in a blender - otherwise it will be bitter), add a teaspoon of oil, vinegar to taste, salt, pepper and mix thoroughly. If desired, you can add onions, finely chopped.
- Step 4 Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater, add a teaspoon of oil, salt, pepper and mix everything neatly.
- Step 5 It's the same as doing potatoes with carrots.
- Step 6 Brew as well as carrots and potatoes grate on a large grater, add oil, salt, pepper and mix.
- Step 7 Adygeia cheese should also be rubbed on a coarse grater (do not add spices).
