The beets are cleaned, cut into several pieces and put into a saucepan. There also pour 2 liters of water. We put on the fire and cook until ready beets. The resulting beetroot decoction is not poured out - it will still come in handy. Cooked beets, when cooled, rub on a large grater. Onions and carrots finely chop, fry until soft in oil. Tomatoes are peeled off and rubbed on a large grater. The resulting tomato pulp is added to the frying pan to the onions and carrots, stew for 2-3 minutes until a slight thickening of the mass. Take a large pot, pour a beet broth and another half a liter of water. There we put grated beets and fry from the pan. We also add bay leaf, greens and salt to taste. We put the saucepan on a slow fire, cover with a lid and weak for another 20 minutes. Remove from heat, pour on plates and serve hot. Bon Appetit!
