It's time to break stereotypes! How much can you rub everything on a grater, cut with a cube and grease with mayonnaise !? Enough to torment the guests "Mimosa" and "Olivier"! Pamper them, than unusual. In addition to the fact that the festive salad should be tasty and useful, it should also be a table decoration, be noticeable, and attract the attention of guests, and as a consequence will be eaten first. On my table all these merits have received a salad "Sea hermit". It combines seafood and vegetables, which is certainly suitable for those who watch their figure, and it can be served on some days of fasting, if you exclude cheese from the sauce "Pesto". Aromatic seafood and serving will not leave even indifferent gourmets indifferent.
Ingredients:- Shrimp tiger 80 g

- Step 1 To prepare a salad we need such seafood: mussels, tiger shrimp tails, squid, fresh cancer, lemon, olive oil and thyme. I could not get a fresh cancer, I used already cooked.
- Step 2 And also vegetables and greens: cherry tomatoes, sweet pepper, zucchini, garlic, parsley, dill, mix salad, Provencal herbs, olive oil and Pesto sauce.

- Step 11 Accurately combine our ingredients together and fill with Pesto sauce. One part of the salad is to fill the pepper, pre-attaching it.
- Step 12 On the plate we put a little lettuce leaf, like a pillow, for stability and we add not a lot of "Pesto" sauce.
- Step 13 Next, on the "pillow" carefully put our salad and top the pepper, stuffed with a piece of lettuce. Decorate the plate with claws and a shell of cancer.
