1. Cut the bottom 5 cm from the stems of cabbage kale and discard. Cut cabbage with ribbons 2 cm. As a result, you should get 4-5 cups of chopped cabbage. Put the cabbage in a large bowl. 2. Fry a slice of bread on both sides and break it into small pieces. Grind in a food processor until large crumbs are obtained. 3. Rinse garlic with 1/4 teaspoon of salt. For this, you can use a mortar and pestle, a heavy knife or a meat grinder. Put the garlic mixture in a small bowl. Add 1/4 tablespoon cheese, 3 tablespoons olive oil spoon, lemon juice, a pinch of salt, red pepper flakes and black ground pepper. Stir all the ingredients together. 4. Pour the sauce over the stool and mix thoroughly. 5. Let the salad stand for 5 minutes, then sprinkle with breadcrumbs and additional Pecorino cheese.
