- red pepper - 2 pieces
- sausages - 6 pieces (chicken)
- olive oil - 1 st. a spoon
- garlic - 2 teeth
- plum - 2 pieces
- wine vinegar - 1/2 cup
- ground red pepper - 1 teaspoon
- bulb - 1 piece (cut into rings)
- buns for hot dogs - 6 pieces
- bow - 3 items. spoons (grate)
- brown sugar - 1 1/2 cups
- ginger - 1 teaspoon
- lemon juice - 1 1/2 Art. spoons
- salt - 1 pinch
- black pepper - 1 pinch
1. Cook the ketchup: In a heated pan, add the olive oil. When the oil is warmed up, add shallots and garlic, cook for 1 to 2 minutes over medium heat. Add plum, sugar, vinegar, ginger, sweet pepper, lemon juice, red pepper. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Continue cooking over medium heat, stirring frequently, for about 5 minutes. Reduce the heat in order to simmer over low heat. Periodically stir. Cook for about 20 minutes. Add the lemon juice. Ready ketchup pour into the jar and cool for 2-3 hours. 2. Set the gas grill to medium heat. Wrap the vegetables in foil and cook for 10-12 minutes. 3. Fry the sausages on the grill for about 4 minutes. Fry the buns for 1-2 minutes on each side. 4. Gather the hot dogs. Season with ketchup.
