Salad with smoked mackerel. Probably everyone who tried smoked mackerel will note that this is a very tasty dish. This fish is not cheap, so salads using smoked mackerel are tasty and practical. This salad is attractive with its bright color scheme, and also it is very juicy and appetizing. While eggs are boiled, you can fish. Tomatoes are not necessarily cherry, you can take any fresh, subsoil, ripe. The mass of mackerel is indicated without boned and peel, this is already fillet.

- Onion 80 g
- Tomatoes 120 g
- Canned corn 70 g

- Step 1 Prepare the main components for salad: fillet of smoked mackerel, tomatoes, boiled and cooled eggs, corn, onions, greens, lemon.
- Step 2 First you need to peel the onion and thinly cut into half rings, marinate in 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice. Periodically mix.
- Step 3 Eggs should be cleaned and finely chopped. Wash tomatoes, dry and cut into small slices. Fold in a bowl of crushed products.
- Step 4 Add the mackerel, cut into small cubes.
- Step 5 Lay the corn.
- Step 6 Prepare the dressing, combining the olive oil, mustard, 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice, a mixture of peppers.
- Step 7 Add a bow and a dressing, a little salt to the bowl.
- Step 8 Put the chopped parsley greens, mix. Salad can be served both in freshly prepared form and for a few hours in the refrigerator.
