Ingredients:

• Cabbage white sour 400 g
• Onions 3 pcs.
• Pepper sweet 1 pc.
• Dough puff yeast 900 g
• Cilantro fresh 4 sprigs
• Sunflower refined sunflower oil 50 ml
• Water 20 ml
• White wine vinegar 20 ml
• Butter 5 g
• Sour cream 100 g
• Eggs chicken 3 pcs.
• Salt 1 pinch

Instructions

• Step 1 To make a cake, you need to take the ready-made yeast puff pastry, sauerkraut, onion, cilantro, sweet pepper, wine vinegar and water; for pouring - sour cream, eggs, salt; yolk of one egg to lubricate the dough, 5 g of butter to lubricate the baking dish.
• Step 2 Peel the onion, cut into half rings.
• Step 3 Wash sweet pepper, clean, cut into strips.
• Step 4 Put the onions in a frying pan with preheated 20 ml vegetable oil, fry until soft, add 20 ml of wine vinegar diluted with 20 ml of water.
• Step 5 Fry, stirring, until the liquid evaporates. Finished onion put in a bowl. Cool it down.
• Step 6 Put cabbage in a frying pan with 5ml warmed vegetable oil, fry until soft.
• Step 7 Add chopped peppers to the cabbage. Mix. Fry, stirring, for 5 minutes. Cool, add chopped green coriander.
• Step 8 Prepare the filling: beat 2 eggs, add sour cream and salt. Stir, whisking.
• Step 9 Prepare the mold: lubricate the walls and bottom of the mold with butter. Put the puff pastry in the mold. Stitch the dough with a fork.
• Step 10 Lay half the finished onion with the first layer.
• Step 11 Put a second layer of cabbage with peppers and herbs.

• Step 14 Close the cake with a grid of dough leftovers. Lubricate the top with a yolk. Put the cake in a hot oven. Bake for 45-50 minutes at 180 ° C.
