Finely chop the leeks and shallots. Cut the salmon fillets into 2 cm cubes, keeping only the flesh, removing the skin and bones. Pour olive oil on a frying pan, add sliced ​​shallots, salt and pepper. Fry vegetables for 1-2 minutes on medium heat. Then add chopped leeks and mix well. Lightly fry so that it remains beautiful and green. Remove from heat. Pour olive oil into a frying pan and as soon as it becomes hot add the fish. Fry 2 - 3 minutes, so that the cubes became brownish on the sides. Remove the salmon from the frying pan on a plate and set aside. Put the frying pan back on medium heat and add feta, chopped into small pieces. Stir until the cheese has melted. Add yogurt and tomato paste, bring everything to a boil, stirring occasionally.
