Well, in our time, condensed milk or, as we are more used to saying "condensed milk" can be bought without problems in any supermarket. But the problem is that the composition of such milk is unlikely to contain real cow's milk and sugar. Therefore, if you are an avid sweet tooth, and condensed milk is an integral part of your diet, then try to cook the present home-made condensed milk. Just want to note that the home condensed milk instead of white has a light brown and, after standing for a while, in contact with the air, it forms a hard crust. As for the preparation of condensed milk, everything is simple: you need to take home cow's milk, and most importantly, have a lot of patience.
Ingredients:- Milk 1 l
- Sugar 500 g
- Step 1 The main ingredients: milk and sugar.
- Step 2 Pour the milk into a saucepan, put it on the fire and wait until it becomes hot.
- Step 3 Pour the sugar into the plate.
- Step 4 Fill the sugar with a glass of hot milk (take a glass of hot milk from a pan in which 1 liter of milk was heated) and mix well to break the sugar.
- Step 5 Pour the melted sugar back into the pan with the rest of the milk. Now you need to make the fire so weak that the milk does not boil, but that it remains hot enough, while the steam rising from the milk will be visible. In such conditions, constantly stirring, the milk should be evaporated for 1 hour.
- Step 6 Condensed milk is ready.
