1. First of all, with a sharp knife, we remove the bones from the fish (it is better, if the blade at the knife is flexible), cut the skin. We lay the fish down for this, and cut the fillets. Then we cut the fillets into small dishes and cut them into deep dishes. 2. Add to the pieces of fish soy sauce, mix and pour sesame. Again, everything is well mixed, so that sesame to fish sticks evenly. 3. Prepare a frying pan and lay out the pieces of fish so that there is space between the fish pieces.
