First, you need to grind the liver, carrots and onions through a meat grinder. Separately beat eggs, salt and pepper. Then add eggs to the liver, mix, and then also add cream. Mix again, and then add flour. Stir thoroughly - the dough should be as thin as a pancake. Pour the dough into a pre-oiled form and bake in the oven for 40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. You can serve both cold and hot.
