We spread all the sea-buckthorn to the bottom of the pot, pour 150 ml of water and cook for 10-12 minutes over medium heat. 3. Squeeze the boiled berries through gauze. 4. The resulting sea-buckthorn juice is poured into a saucepan, we add sugar and the remaining water. Bring to a boil. 5. As soon as the juice boils - we pour it on sterilized jars or bottles, immediately clog them and send them to a cool place for storage. Sea-buckthorn juice is ready. It can be stored up to 6 months. Serve best chilled, if too thick - can be diluted with water. Good luck!
