- Sea-buckthorn - 150 Grams
- Black tea - 2 Art. spoons
- Honey - 2 Art. spoons
- Boiled water - 500 milliliters
We thoroughly wash the sea-buckthorn, we clean it of litter. 100 gr. Sea buckthorn with a mortar is mashed in puree. In the kettle we shift the sea-buckthorn puree, the remaining whole berries and two spoons of black tea. Fill with boiling water and let it brew for 10-15 minutes. Sea-buckthorn tea is ready - it remains to pour it into the cups through a strainer, just add a little honey to taste. Have a nice tea party :)
