Ingredients:

• Sea-buckthorn 500 g
• Flour, wheat 300 g
• Sugar 200g
• Milk 0.5 tbsp.
• Potato starch 1.5 tsp.
• Baking Powder 1.5 tsp.
• Soda 1 tsp.
• Salt 1 pinch
• Sunflower refined sunflower oil 3 tbsp. l.

Instructions

• Step 1 For cooking muffins we take buckthorn, flour, sugar, milk, vegetable oil, salt, soda, baking powder and starch.
• Step 2 The sea buckthorn berries are well rinsed, then rub through a sieve to make 1 glass of juice.
• Step 3 Add milk and vegetable oil to the sea buckthorn juice - mix everything well.
• Step 4 Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, starch and salt - mix everything thoroughly.
• Step 5 Pour in the dry ingredients of sea buckthorn juice with milk and vegetable oil.
• Step 6 Mix until all the products are connected.
• Step 7 Cover the molds with parchment and spread the dough, adding a few berries of sea-buckthorn (12 muffins).
• Step 8 Bake in a preheated to 180 ° C oven for 20-30 minutes until ruddy, then cool the muffins on the grill.
