They differ and more simple way of preparation - the dough for muffins does not necessarily have to be kneaded to a homogeneous state, it is enough only to make sure that all the flour is mixed with other ingredients. In addition, muffins have a homogeneous composition - raisins, nuts and other fillers are simply mixed with the batter before baking, and muffins are often made with a filling of a wide variety of foods, not necessarily sweet. There are recipes for muffins with cheese, sausage, ham, slices of vegetables. The filling fits inside the muffins, but does not mix with the dough. And yet we are more inclined towards sweet baking, so we will prepare sea-buckthorn muffins. It is not only very tasty, but also useful - who does not know about the wonderful composition of this wonderful berry? The recipe for sea-buckthorn muffins is extremely simple, even a very experienced hostess can cook them.
Ingredients:- Sea-buckthorn 500 g
- Flour, wheat 300 g
- Sugar 200g
- Milk 0.5 tbsp.
- Potato starch 1.5 tsp.
- Baking Powder 1.5 tsp.
- Soda 1 tsp.
- Salt 1 pinch
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 3 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 For cooking muffins we take buckthorn, flour, sugar, milk, vegetable oil, salt, soda, baking powder and starch.
