Sea-buckthorn syrup

First we take the buckthorn, clean it of litter and thoroughly rinse it. Ingredients: Instructions

First we take the buckthorn, clean it of litter and thoroughly rinse it. Using a food processor, we twist the washed berries. The obtained sea-buckthorn mass is filtered twice through a sieve. It turns out, in fact, here is such a sea buckthorn juice. In this juice we add all our sugar, mix it well and put it in a cool dry place for a day. Approximately every two hours, it is desirable to mix the mass in order for the sugar to dissolve better. In a day, when the sugar dissolves in the sea-buckthorn juice, you can pour the sea-buckthorn syrup to the banks and send for storage. The sea-buckthorn syrup prepared for this recipe can be stored for up to a year.
