Sesame biscuits with condensed milk

The result was so good that these cookies are now one of the favorites in our family. The cookie turns soft with crispy crust and taste of sesame seeds.

Ingredients:

• Wheat Flour 3.5 tbsp.
• Baking Powder 10g
• Sugar 1.3 tbsp.
• Eggs chicken 2 pcs.
• Margarine 200g
• Potato starch 0.5 tbsp.
• Sesame flour 0.5 tbsp.
• Condensed milk 1 tbsp. l.
• Eggs chicken 1 pc.
• Milk 1 tbsp. l.
• Instant coffee 1 tsp.
• Sesame White 4 tbsp. l.

Instructions

• Step 1 For the biscuit we need the following ingredients: ordinary flour, sesame and starch, eggs, margarine, sugar, baking powder. For decoration: instant coffee, condensed milk, sesame seed.
• Step 2 Mix wheat flour with sesame, starch and baking powder.
• Step 3 Whisk the eggs with sugar until white.
• Step 4 Add the melted and cooled margarine to the egg mixture, mix it.
• Step 5 Gradually pour mixed mixed ingredients into the liquid mixture and knead the dough.
• Step 6 The dough should turn out to be soft, we collect it in a bowl, wrap it in a food film and put it away for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator.
• Step 7 We divide the dough into 3-4 parts, while we work with one part, keep the remaining dough in the refrigerator, since it is oily, it is important for us that when baking the cookies do not lose shape. Cut out cookies of any shape. Cut the scraps in a ball and again - in the fridge.
• Step 8 Dissolve coffee in milk and whisk with 1 egg yolk.
• Step 9 Using a coffee-egg mixture, spread the biscuits and apply a wavy pattern to the fork.
• Step 10 Bake the biscuits in the oven, heated to 180 ° C for no more than 10 minutes. The cookie should increase and lighten slightly.
• Step 11 Frozen cookies with a brush lubricate the sides of the condensed milk and dip into sesame seeds, allowing it to adhere.
• Step 12 I have a great cookie dish, but it flies very quickly.
