To start, we grease the souffle with butter. Eggs are broken into some suitable container. There we add salt and pepper. There we pour the milk. Parsley finely chopped. Add parsley to the egg mixture. Good whisk to such a state when the mass begins to foam. The resulting mixture is poured into molds for souffle, oiled. Then put several pieces of potatoes and sausage in each mold, and sprinkle a small amount of grated cheese on top. Bake about 10 minutes at 190 degrees. If you do not forget to lubricate the molds with butter, then you can easily pull out the souffle from the molds and nicely serve the dish on plates. Bon Appetit! :)
