We cut the zucchini into spears: cut off the top and bottom of the fruit, then - along in half, then - once again in half. We put the pieces of zucchini in a tightly closed polyethylene bag, there we pour olive oil. There also - a peel of three lemons and juice of one lemon. There - salt and pepper. We wrap the package, mix it thoroughly. Leave for 20 minutes at room temperature - let the pieces of zucchini marinate. Actually, it remains only to fry pieces of zucchini on the grill until ready on all sides. Grilling should not be too hot, otherwise the zucchini will burn. As soon as the pieces begin to appear a carbonaceous crust - we remove it from the grill. Serve with a little lemon zest (optional) and salt. Bon Appetit! :)
