Raw almonds (you can use chopped and broken kernels) put on a baking sheet and fry 10 minutes until it starts to change color. 3. Lightly cool the roasted almonds, pour it into the food processor, add garlic, basil, olive oil, nutmeg, salt and pepper to it. 4. Mix all the ingredients until a completely homogeneous mass is formed. Serve with pasta, meat and fish dishes. Do not prepare a lot of Pesto at once - than a fresh sauce, the richer its taste.
