Solution of global problems of our time: philosophy

One of the most global and topical issues for today is the solution of global problems of our time: philosophy considers problems that seemingly affect almost every science, including economics, geography, mathematics and many others. Almost all spheres and branches of sciences related to the person and the Earth work on these problems. Why, then, should philosophy solve the problems of our time? This will be more understandable if we consider what kind of problems are included in this list today. And, it would seem, you can find a way out, because today there are so many plans, decisions and technologies for humanity ... why then everything still stands still? The answer is that everything depends on the person himself, and yet he stands at the center of these issues: his present, his future. Since the seventies of the twentieth century, the direction of social thought has arisen, which can be called the philosophy of global problems of our time.

As for the solution of global problems of our time, philosophy considers each of these problems, solutions, hypotheses about the future, predicts a situation in the center of which man and civilization. At first these problems were not global and concerned only individual countries, but soon the status of each of them changed. Considering the solution of each of them, we, above all, care for both the prosperous future of the nation and individual countries. Some of the problems can be identified for each person directly, which is the philosophy of global problems.

At the moment, there are different types of typing. We will consider the main of them: the problem of peace and war, economic, demographic, production problems, the problem of overcoming the backwardness of countries, the development of the world ocean, the reduction of population growth on the Earth, and the reduction of people's morality. It is difficult to determine the solution of each of them, because it is not easy to ascertain the fact of their existence according to the present.

Let us consider in more detail what each of them implies. The problem of peace and war existed always when mankind existed. His story is filled with wars and peace treaties, the causes and consequences of which were very different and unpredictable. But global for the entire population, this problem began with the advent of nuclear weapons, methods of mass destruction. To solve this problem, peaceful organizations and activities are being created, for example, in 1994 the NATO Partnership for Peace program was created, which included 24 states. The content of nuclear weapons is controlled, but nevertheless there are countries that find a way to keep weapons illegally.

An economic problem is the deterioration of the environment, which includes the accumulation of toxic substances in the earth, pollution of the atmosphere and hydrosphere, deforestation, which we need for a full life in many aspects, and for air, soil degradation - all this is the result of human intervention in nature. These problems are related to raw materials and energy, which appeared in the 70s of the twentieth century. This includes the use of natural resources, the reserves of which are not being restored, the increase in production rates. The resources we use are exhaustive and not exhaustive, and, unfortunately, there are far more exhaustible ones. What will humanity do when there are almost no resources left, or will they disappear altogether? The problem is acute for the whole world, and today there are two ways of solving this problem: extensive and intensive. Either humanity can find new sources, replace them, or reduce the use of those that we use today.

The demographic problem includes the famine, the demographic state of countries today. The fact is that in some of them there is a demographic crisis, in others - a demographic explosion. This is threatened by the fact that some nations, such as European ones, may soon disappear altogether, eventually they will be replaced by others, for example, Asian ones. The solution to this problem can be demographic policy, propaganda among believers, raising the level of education. Among the causes of hunger in some countries: poverty, lack of money for equipment, exports of technical crops and lack of food, fragmentation of land. In solving the problem of this industry there are two ways: increasing the sown areas or getting more products on existing ones.

In order to overcome the backwardness of the underdeveloped countries, such decisions are envisaged: the demographic policy in these countries, new reforms, the elimination of monoculture, the elimination of interethnic conflicts, the reduction of military expenditures, and the restructuring of the economy. In order to help lagging countries, also create organizations and activities. For example, after 1945, the UN-FAO organization was established to address food and agriculture issues.

In addition to material problems, there are also psychological and spiritual problems, to which philosophy itself is more involved. This is the fall of morality, the culture of the people. The solution to this problem already depends on each of us individually: which path will we choose today, at this time? Who can we teach wisdom and discretion? They say that in order to change a nation, you must first start with yourself. We criticize everyone around and lose faith in the best, but each of us expects something, ignores himself and drowns in mass stereotypes. Maybe we should first work on ourselves to each of us? If most people listen to this, the world will become much better and it will be more effective than mass propaganda.

The solution of global problems affecting all mankind lies on the shoulders of each individual person, however, the philosophy here is not in the last place. We are affected by various problems, which are characterized by the involvement of the whole nation, and each individually. Do not stand aside until the day it's too late. Time to act for the benefit of the future of their relatives, children and grandchildren.
