The whole secret is in working with attention. All in-depth practices are a form of bodily-oriented therapy, dynamic meditations, when the healing effect can come at any time.   1. Stand up straight, legs are shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, arms hang loose and relaxed.
  2. The chin is pressed to the neck, approach the jugular cavity, lower the shoulders, lift the chest, pull the coccyx inwards and forward (as if pressing the tail), pull the stomach.
  3. Stretch the crown up and feel the entire vertebral column stretching out into a flat thread.
  4. Start the movement with the broach as if you are sliding on the ice: the right foot is the left hand ...
  5. The mouth is slightly ajar, the muscles of the face relaxed, the head moves on the same level, smoothly, without bouncing.
  6. You as if soar, swim above the ground, gradually accelerating, changing the direction and speed of movement. Carefully observe the sensations in the body, and you can feel that a warm wave passes through the spine and the body is filled with energy.
