What is Tantra?

Tantra is not a cross between kamasutra and yoga, as some uninitiated think. Tantra is a special spiritual practice aimed at knowing yourself and your partner and getting physical pleasure. This technique is also called the "yoga of love," but the main thing here is not the technique, but the necessary spirit and awareness of the process itself. The basis of tantra is philosophy and knowledge of spirituality. And the fact that some techniques of tantra (in particular, tantric sex) have such great popularity today - the question of another plan. Let's understand what Tantra is.

Theory
The word "tantra" can be translated from Sanskrit as "infinity", "connection", "connection", "life". This is the spiritual practice of Buddhists, a doctrine that says that the world is twofold and consists of a beginning - male and female. Tantra combined yoga, religion and philosophy. There is a Buddhist and Hindu tantra, and they are somewhat different.

In Buddhism, tantra is a system designed to enable a person to realize himself in the highest possible way. For this, a person learns to feel in himself the vital energy that passes through the seven chakras - to certain centers located on the spine, and teaches to do this through bodily techniques. This is its original meaning, and the steam tantra is just one of the directions of the tantric path.

If yoga is a teaching aimed at spiritual and physical perfection, tantra is more aimed at teaching to manifest and feel its emotions. It is not by chance that it is recommended to deal with people with low self-esteem, those who suffer from sexual or some other complexes, to liberate and "discover love in hearts," these practices are freed from complexes, mental and unconscious blocks.

Actually, tantra yoga is the oldest self-realization system that has survived to this day, which teaches us not to suppress the energy of desires, but to use it for our physical health and spiritual development. Tantra also teaches to find harmony with the surrounding nature through relationships in which tantric sex serves as a bridge from woman to man, a kind of tuning fork that sets the couple to understand themselves, their second half and the world. The process itself is not the goal, but serves only as a means to achieve spiritual (!) Ecstasy (bodily pleasure is only a side effect). In addition, in tantra sex is not just a sexual act, but a process of absolute connection with a partner. Tantrists give an example: when you smell a flower - it's sexy, because you and the flower are turning into a single whole. Tantra teaches us to unite our mind, soul and physical body.

Indisputable advantages: Tantric sex is a practice that awakens the most powerful inner energy, which develops sensuality, awareness and spontaneity. Even those who do not practice spiritual methods of self-improvement do not go into philosophy, the fact that tantric sex will give a significant increase in contact time, a rich degree of sensation and a greater force of orgasm, and even better mutual understanding between partners, grinds and refreshes feelings will please. And sometimes even resuscit extinct ...

Practice In order to understand the secrets of the ancient method, it is not necessary to attend tantric seminars and to break through the mountain of literature. It is enough just to follow the main principles of tantra. Tantra does not accept rush - this is the first and main rule. Therefore, having decided to take up this practice, give it at least a couple of hours. Turn off your phone, TV, radio, remove all the interfering factors, include calm music and concentrate exclusively on each other.

It is very good 2-3 days before the practice not to enter into intimacy.

So:
  1. The mood. Breathe simultaneously with the partner in tact: sit against each other and imagine that an infinite stream of energy pierces you. Try to breathe deeply and evenly, slowly imagine yourself with each other as one. In this case, the obligatory condition: to look into each other's eyes without looking away.
  2. Now it's time for physical contact. But! No intimacy: sit face to face, cross your legs, press against each other and join hands. Continue to breathe at the same time, raise and lower your hips, while not letting go of each other and without pausing. This exercise can be done both in clothes and without. For each exercise should take at least 20 minutes.
  3. The main thing is a prelude. But it takes at least two hours to spend on it - until each of the partners learns from the hands and other parts of the body the other's body from the heels to the earlobes. The basic rule: everything is done very smoothly and without haste. At this time, there is a massage of the chakras and out of them comes energy. The vital energy (kundalini), rising from the first chakra, moves up to the last, the seventh chakra - this is what happens during physical orgasm, if in the body (that is, in any of the chakras) there are no blocks and clamps. In addition, the female and male body have polar charges of the chakras, therefore, joining together, reinforce each other.
Tantra specialists confirm and prove in practice that you can engage in sex without direct sexual intercourse, because you will feel incredible spiritual intimacy with a partner, and this will already bring both pleasure. But if you want to study the physical aspect of tantra, now you can easily find detailed descriptions of technical tantric techniques (for example, a partner's stomach massage, a "phoenix blow," "deep embraces," "temporary separation," etc.). .

Remember: real tantra is not a technique, but love!
