Ingredients:
- tomatoes - 500 g
- tomato paste - 100 g
- rich broth of broth - a quarter of a glass
- celery root
- half medium bulb
- bacon - 100 g
- pork or ground beef - 200 g
- white wine - 100 ml
- ground nutmeg
- salt to taste
Preparation begins with tomatoes. For this, it is necessary to separate them from the skins and grate them on a large grater. Fleshy varieties of tomato are the most suitable, according to the Bull's heart type. To this mass, add tomato paste and broth, then mix thoroughly.
