Ingredients:

• Mushrooms champignons 450 g
• Cream 200 ml
• Fresh dill 0.5 bunch
• Garlic 2 cloves
• Eggs chicken 1 pc.
• Sunflower refined sunflower oil 3 tbsp. l.
• Pepper black ground 2 pinch
• Salt 2 pinch

Instructions

• Step 1 To prepare the dish, take the mushrooms, a small bunch of dill, egg, cream with 25% fat, vegetable oil and spices.
• Step 2 Mushrooms are well washed and cut into thin plates.
• Step 3 In a frying pan, heat 2-3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil and fry the champignons to a ruddy color, adding salt and black ground pepper to taste.
• Step 4 Dill finely chopped, 1-2 cloves of garlic and peeled too.
• Step 5 Connect the cream, egg, dill and garlic - mix everything with a fork.
• Step 6 Add the slightly cooled mushrooms to the cream and mix well.
• Step 7 Put the mushrooms and the sauce into the bakeware.
• Step 8 Bake in a preheated to 180 ° C oven for 20-25 minutes. Serve the dish warm.
