Mushrooms in a creamy sauce If you like mushrooms, and not only to collect, but also to eat, you probably already tried thousands of different recipes for their preparation, from marinades to mushroom soups. And you could hardly fail to pay attention to the most popular mushroom dish - julien, which can be abandoned only by a person who has a strong allergy to mushrooms. The rest are unlikely to stop, deciding only to try this exuding incredible flavor, delicious and satisfying dish. Here, on the grounds of mushroom julienne, we decided to cook mushrooms in creamy sauce. By the way of cooking, these two dishes are very similar, but the taste is different - the mushrooms in creamy sauce, are obtained incredibly tender in taste. Of course, if you want, you can add grated cheese at the end of the cooking so that a beautiful crust forms on the surface. But first try to follow all the recipe's recommendations accurately, sure, this dish will please you exactly in this form. You can eat it separately, and cook a side dish for it - mashed potatoes, pasta, crumbly buckwheat porridge. Just do not mix them in one plate. Mushrooms in a creamy sauce are served to the table in the dishes in which they were cooked.
Ingredients:- Mushrooms champignons 450 g
- Cream 200 ml
- Fresh dill 0.5 bunch
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Eggs chicken 1 pc.
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 3 tbsp. l.
- Pepper black ground 2 pinch
- Salt 2 pinch
- Step 1 To prepare the dish, take the mushrooms, a small bunch of dill, egg, cream with 25% fat, vegetable oil and spices.
- Step 2 Mushrooms are well washed and cut into thin plates.
- Step 3 In a frying pan, heat 2-3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil and fry the champignons to a ruddy color, adding salt and black ground pepper to taste.
- Step 4 Dill finely chopped, 1-2 cloves of garlic and peeled too.
- Step 5 Connect the cream, egg, dill and garlic - mix everything with a fork.
- Step 6 Add the slightly cooled mushrooms to the cream and mix well.
- Step 7 Put the mushrooms and the sauce into the bakeware.
- Step 8 Bake in a preheated to 180 ° C oven for 20-25 minutes. Serve the dish warm.
