Whisk egg whites well, add starch in them. We cut the pork into cubes about 2 by 2 cm in size. We put the cut pork into a protein mixture, mix it well. We set it aside. In a frying pan warm up the olive oil, add the randomly sliced ​​vegetables - carrots, onions and peppers. Fry over medium heat for 5-6 minutes until the softness of the vegetables. We put the fried vegetables from the frying pan on a plate. And in the frying pan add the pork in the resulting egg batter. Fry for about 10 minutes until the meat is covered with a brown crust. We return the vegetables to the pan. Add soy sauce, pieces of pineapple and finely chopped green onions. Spices to taste.
