Hot chocolate is produced by heating cocoa powder (6 parts), butter (1 part), milk (3 parts) and sugar (3 parts). You can just melt the chocolate. The resulting mixture is brought to a boil over a slow fire and boiled for 30-45 seconds. After that hot chocolate is ready. It can be used as a separate dessert or for cocktails. Put the ice in the shaker. The colder you like the cocktails, the smaller the pieces of ice. All the components of the cocktail are placed in a shaker, vigorously mixed, poured into a glass, decorated with a half of strawberries and immediately served to the table.
