- chocolate sauce - 1/2 cup
- cognac - 1 st. a spoon
- cold coffee - 3/4 Cups
- of soy milk - 1 glass
- cinnamon - 1/4 teaspoons
- cayenne pepper - 1 pinch
- vanilla syrup - 2 items. spoons
- of ice - 2 Cups
1. Place the chocolate syrup, cognac, coffee, milk, cinnamon, cayenne pepper and vanilla syrup into the blender. 2. Stir for 15-20 seconds to a homogeneous consistency. Add ice and mix for about one minute. 3. You can use both purchased chocolate sauce, and make it yourself, bringing the cream to a boil, filling them with chopped chocolate and stirring. If you use dark chocolate with a cocoa content of 60-70%, add 1-2 teaspoons of sugar. If you use milk or semisweet chocolate, you can do without the addition of sugar. 4. Pour the cocktail over the glasses. 5. Decorate with a good portion of whipped cream at will, add straws and serve. Cream can be sprinkled on top of finely grated chocolate.
