Summer menu is tricky for the stomach

The desire for the summer to unload your body, having fed it with vegetables, fruits and other useful and light food, of course, is commendable. But here the main thing is not to overdo it, both in terms of "overdose" of utilities, and in the sense of a complete abandonment of animal food.

In an effort to move to a healthy diet, first of all, one should not forget about the rules of food safety. For example, people with high acidity of gastric juice are contraindicated to eat greens (parsley, coriander) and garlic. Dill and garlic is undesirable if you have heartburn or a hernia of the esophagus. In this case it is necessary to refuse and from pepper. Ulcers and gastritis prohibit the use of citrus fruits, as well as currants, plums, sour apples, etc.

Watermelon is good because it normalizes the stool, but in addition to pleasure, this berry can bring with it heartburn and eructation. As for the melon, it is usually absorbed well - it contains many food enzymes that are close in composition to those found in the intestines. Similar properties and aubergines. But raspberries, especially on an empty stomach, can provoke a quickening of the stool.

In general, even the freshest and juiciest fruits and vegetables should not fill the whole diet, because in plant foods there is no important component for us - protein. But protein is the main building material for cells, which helps them to actively update. So be sure to include in your menu and meat and fish.

In addition, leaning on only one group of products and striving to provide yourself with vitamins, you can achieve the opposite result - a disproportion of vitamins. After all, everything is interconnected and calculated in the body, and if one component does not exist and the other appears in excess, the balance will break, and instead of feeling well, gastrointestinal upset will result.

This does not mean that instead of the summer menu, which includes cucumbers and tomatoes, you should prefer macaroni and fried chicken. Just make up your menu correctly - so that it contains proteins, carbohydrates, and vitamins. Remember: with proper nutrition, you need to eat daily at least 400-450 grams of vegetables, fruits and berries. And then you can safely say that we switched to a healthy diet.
