Therapeutic properties of vegetable juices

Vegetable juices are considered more useful than fruit juices, since they do not contain such a large amount of fructose, they can be consumed by people who suffer from diseases associated with the assimilation of sugar: diabetes, hypoglycemia, and others. Regularly using vegetable juices, you make a great contribution to the health of your body. The healing properties of vegetable juices are known for a long time. The juice can be squeezed from almost any vegetable, and each is good in its own way. Therefore, I propose to talk about some vegetable juices in more detail. To begin with we will consider the general medical properties of all vegetable juices:
- juices from green vegetables that contain chlorophyll, purify our liver, and also helps with cancers, which is confirmed by scientific research;
- help to remove toxins and other harmful substances from the body;
- vegetable juices contain many vitamins, minerals and other nutrients;
- Some vegetable juices contain medicines, and even antibiotics;

The healing properties of vegetable juices can be enumerated indefinitely. I think it's worth talking about some of the most commonly used juices.

Carrot juice is very useful for the eyes, helps strengthen teeth, improves appetite and digestion. It contains vitamins A, B, C, E, K, as well as potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, chlorine.

Fresh tomato juice is very useful for metabolic processes in the body. But, unfortunately, basically we drink canned tomato juice, which has lost some of its medicinal properties. In this juice there is a lot of calcium, sodium, magnesium, thiamine.

Cucumber juice is the best natural diuretic. It also helps to strengthen teeth, hair and nails, since it has a lot of calcium.

Celery juice is rich in potassium, calcium, sodium. It reduces blood pressure, helps fight migraines, prevents the development of cancer cells. On a hot day, celery juice perfectly quenches thirst!

Beet juice includes vitamins A, C, B1, B2, B3, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium and sodium. It helps in the formation of red blood cells and improves blood in general. And also: helps with diseases of the stomach, liver, bladder, struggles with cancer and anemia, useful for women during menstrual disorders.

Remember that it's best to drink freshly squeezed vegetable juice, because in the one that is sold to us in stores, there are already fewer nutrients, and, consequently, there are no such healing properties!
