Tips for caring for long hair

Pool, sea salt and summer sun - after that we should pay special attention to our hair, to restore their beauty and vitality. Let's devote this little more time at home - in the best traditions of professional salons. Our hair reacts very sensitively to everything that happens to us: hot hours on the beach, sea winds, road stress or even strong emotions - all this is difficult for them to transfer. But just as quickly and gratefully they respond to our care. And if we just returned from vacation, we should please them with something more than a normal shampoo and a balm rinse. We offer you a real beauty ritual for tired hair: within a month it will allow them to restore their health, energy and brilliant appearance. Tips for caring for long hair will help you find beautiful hair, despite the heat and dry air.

Create an environment

For starters, put in soft music that will be to your liking, turn down the lights, turn off the phone, light an aromatic candle. Ask yourself what you really want, and listen to the answer. Sensual perception is an excellent adviser, it will unmistakably tell us what exactly we need. For example, if we are attracted to fresh fragrances that carry energy, it will tell us about fatigue and the need to restore strength. And if we want warm, soothing notes, then stress has reached an undesirable point and it's time for us to take a break to relax and recover. The main thing is not to hurry anywhere: hair is so calm will only benefit.

Ventilate the head

Take in each hand a massage brush of natural materials, tilt your head forward. Conduct one by one, then another brush along the entire length of the hair in the direction from the nape of the flask, then - from the ears to the crown. Let the movements be light, without pressure. Raise your head, swing your hair back and brush with your forehead to the back of your head. Such a ritual helps to clean the hair of the pollutants, give it volume, gently get rid of the hair that is already in the phase of loss, and remove the styling products. This procedure should be performed for three minutes every evening, always on dry hair. And do not forget to wash your brushes regularly with soapy water.

Massage your skin

This is a very important stage of the ritual, because the condition of the scalp depends on the health of the hair. Our task is to activate microcirculation of blood with the help of massage in order to create favorable conditions for nutrients to enter the roots. Focus on your hair: with your fingertips feel how they look like a fluffy fabric, pay attention to the tenderness and softness of the skin at the roots of the hair. Sit down, lean your elbows on the table, lean forward, slightly open your mouth to relieve tension. Place your hands on your head (thumbs behind) and try to move the skin toward your neck. Do this, moving from the nape to the forehead, then from the ears to the crown. After that, start slowly and softly touching the pads of the fingers lightly massage the scalp in circular motions, lingering at five energy points: on the back of the head, on the top of the head, at the temples and behind the ears. If you are not sure that everything is doing right, it's not scary at all. It is important that our intentions are sincere - then the hair will take our care as a gift. Any gentle scalp massage is good for them. To make it effective, it should be done for fifty minutes at least twice a week on dry hair, before washing your head.

Lubricate the entire length

This procedure should be performed before washing the head, on dry hair. It will take any oil for hair - either in specially designed for this means, or "in its pure form": coconut, olive, cedar, almond. Warm the oil in the palms of your hands and soak the strands of hair behind the strands. Try to keep it evenly wrapped around every hair, and pay special attention to the tips. To distribute the oil along the entire length will help a special brush - flat and wide. Wrap the hair with a warm towel. And it's best to go through this stage of the beauty ritual in a bath: steam will help the healing agent to absorb. Hair will become smooth, shiny and moisturized. The oil will protect them from the degreasing action of shampoo and will facilitate combing. How often should I do this oil procedure? Once or twice a week, depending on the degree of dryness and density of hair.

Give new breath

Using gommage or peeling for the scalp helps to rid the skin of all contaminants, dead cells, dandruff, oxygenate and stimulate blood microcirculation. This procedure may seem novelty, but in fact it represents the return of a very ancient beauty ritual - massage the head with mixtures based on salts or clay. Once a week, apply a peeling for the hair on a dry or damp scalp, separating the strands of the comb. Massage the skin lightly in small circular movements, then rinse with plenty of water.

Apply a mask

After washing with shampoo gently wring out the hair and gently pat them with a towel. Instead of balm, apply a caring mask: nourishing with oils, if the hair is dry, or on the basis of clay, if the hair is greasy. Smooth the moistened strands well, without touching the scalp, and comb them, starting from the tips of the comb with sparse and blunt teeth. Leave for twenty minutes (even if the instruction says only three) - so the remedy will penetrate deep into the hair. Finally, rinse with plenty of water and dry with a towel. After this, you can proceed to the correct installation: sprinkle the hair with a protective spray, keep the hair dryer at a distance of twenty centimeters from the head, so as not to burn the skin, and avoid the strongest heating. This will be a worthy completion of the ritual of beauty: lively, shiny, healthy hair.
